Our facility is equipped with a complete range of high-precision machinery, ensuring seamless and efficient transformer tank fabrication. We have:

CNC Laser Cutting Machines – Two 6kW and one 1.5kW machines for precise and accurate metal sheet cutting.
CNC Bending Machines (2 Nos.) – Delivering high-accuracy bends for complex transformer tank components.
CNC Shearing Machine – Ensuring clean, precise cuts for optimized material utilization.

Superior Welding Expertise

At Premier Paint, we take pride in our advanced welding capabilities, ensuring the highest standards of strength and precision in transformer tank fabrication. Our facility is equipped with 14 MIG welding machines and 6 arc welding machines, operated by a team of 15 highly skilled and qualified welders. We adhere to stringent quality standards, backed by Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) as per ISO requirements. Our expertise in welding guarantees exceptional structural integrity, durability, and flawless execution in every project.

In-House Corrugated Fin Production

Premier Paint sets the benchmark in transformer tank manufacturing with our state-of-the-art fin forming machine, featuring automatic TIG welding and automatic spot welding technology. With a production capacity of 1300mm × 400mm, our in-house fin manufacturing ensures superior precision, consistency, and durability. This capability allows us to maintain stringent quality standards, optimize lead times, and enhance production efficiency, delivering top-tier fin-wall tanks with unmatched reliability.

Advanced Surface Preparation – In-House Shot Blasting

At Premier Paint, we ensure superior surface preparation with our in-house shot blasting facility, a critical pre-treatment process for transformer tanks. This capability allows us to achieve optimal surface roughness, removing impurities and enhancing paint adhesion, resulting in a flawless, long-lasting finish. Stringent Quality Testing & Assurance

- Leakage Testing: We conduct hydrostatic pressure tests and penetrant testing to verify weld integrity and ensure leak-proof construction.
- Paint Coating Testing: Our coatings are tested for DFT (Dry Film Thickness), adhesion, impact resistance, and salt spray resistance, adhering to ISO and industry standards for corrosion protection and longevity.
